Bernie Frazier, SPHR is a Director of Talent Solutions for Alliance Advisors. In her role, she is responsible for helping to lead the design, development, and implementation of talent solutions that support the attraction, hiring, and development of staff for smaller businesses and organizations. Her expertise focuses on the following areas: recruitment, recruitment process, onboarding and orientation, corporate outplacement, policies and procedures, strategic workforce planning, succession planning, university relations, and employer branding.

Bernie is also the Founder and President of CAREERCompass, LLC, a speaking and career coaching/strategy firm in St. Louis, MO where she uses her almost 25 years recruiting leadership experience to provide strategic and executional career management and development guidance for global and domestic executive to individual contributor clients. Bernie is the author of the highly acclaimed book, “Your Success is in YOU!: Empowering and Equipping You to Create Your Best Career Ever!” and a sought-after speaker. As a keynote, Bernie has presented for numerous businesses and organizations including Wells Fargo, Cisco, Emerson, Peabody Energy, Centene/Cigna, Scottrade/TD Ameritrade, Ameren, Mercy Health, Iowa and Missouri Employment Conferences, National Association of Workforce Development Professionals, and Webster University, to name a few.

Bernie holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Drake University in Des Moines, IA and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).  She serves as the Board President for It’s Your Birthday, Inc., Board Member for the St. Louis Repertory Theater, Board Member and the Programming Committee Co-Chair for Professional Women’s Alliance, and teaches job search skills training for a local transitional housing facility. For fun, Bernie enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, drinking great wine, and eating a really good meal!
