Kirk Ross, PHR is the Vice President of Talent Solutions for Alliance Advisors, a division of Alliance Technologies, LLC. He is responsible for leading the Talent Solutions practice which focuses on providing the design, development, and implementation of talent solutions supporting the attraction, hiring, and development of staff for businesses and organizations. His expertise focuses on the following areas: recruitment, recruitment process, onboarding and orientation, corporate outplacement, policies and procedures, contingent workforce management, university relations, inclusion and diversity recruiting and employer branding.

Kirk’s professional experience started in management consulting following his graduation from college.  After 5 years in IT consulting with Andersen Consulting and Ernst & Young, he found his true passion in recruiting and human resources.  For the next 25 years and prior to joining Alliance, Kirk was in recruiting leadership roles in some of St. Louis’ most respected companies such as Ernst & Young, Edward Jones; Enterprise Holdings, Commerce Bank and RehabCare.  In his leadership roles, Kirk redeveloped the recruiting function reengineering processes, systems, and strategies to align with overall organization goals all the while ensuring the highest level of candidate experience and hiring manager service.

Kirk holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management from Purdue University in and is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR).  Away from work, Kirk loves spending time with his two boys, family and friends, playing a crappy round of golf, cheering on his favorite basketball teams (Purdue and Kentucky) and finding a hole in the wall restaurant for a great dinner.
