Jared Peno

Jared Peno is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Alliance, a multi-company brand, offering high-tech and bespoke consulting services. Jared is an Electrical Engineer that started his career with a diverse background in manufacturing technology by advancing the real-time connectedness of plant floor operations for such companies as Masterfoods USA, Cooper B-Line, and Anheuser Busch. As a passionate entrepreneur he saw an opportunity to collaborate with his current business partners to serve a growing market in need of quality IT solutions. Endeavoring through this startup lead to a well-established client base that allowed Jared and his partners to expand their vision beyond IT consulting solutions to also include, software development, talent solutions, and executive consulting. This lead to the formation of Alliance Systems and Alliance Advisors. Jared currently leads operations for all three companies and is focused on building teams that can deliver white-glove service. 

It’s not all business, Jared is also husband and father of three. He enjoys most anything outdoors, but particularly hunting, golfing, and camping. He dedicates his time to coaching youth baseball and basketball for several of his kids’ teams, along with volunteering his time as a board member for local non-profits.
