Accomplished, Versatile, and Performance - Driven Human Resource Leader

Niki Allen is a Director of Talent Solutions for Alliance Advisors. In her role she is responsible for leading the talent solutions efforts supporting her clients with sourcing and recruitment of top talent for Mid/Senior and Executive level roles as well as managing contract recruitment. She prides herself on providing “White Glove” service to her clients by becoming not only a partner but an extension of their business and team! She understands that every client’s needs are unique, her goal is to get to know them and vice a versa so she can effectively help drive their organizations forward.

Since 2007 Niki has led extensive recruitment efforts in the sales, finance, information technology, manufacturing, and healthcare industries. She has recruited for all levels of many organizations working with candidates just starting their career up to the C-suite. She has a proven track record of partnering with business leaders and cooperating successfully with cross-functional groups to achieve and exceed goals. Grounded in a growth mindset, adept at strategic planning, business operations, organizational development, and team leadership.

Niki has served as an early professional career mentor as well as has a passion for working with Veterans entering the corporate workspace. She was an active Big Sister for over 12 years with Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Kansas City, has volunteered for multiple organizations that work to give back to her local community and most recently has become active in her local Chamber of Commerce. This affiliation has led to her being able to develop and present workshops to local businesses on HR and recruiting related topics.

She received her Associate of Arts degree from Butler County Community College and her Bachelor of Social Work from Northwestern Oklahoma State University. Outside of work Niki enjoys being a wife and a mother to her young son who is active in T-ball and Karate. She enjoys travelling when she can, spending time with family and friends and exploring her city to support small local businesses, top of the list are those that serve great wine, craft beers and unique gourmet foods.
